Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k9wim ("k9wim", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at k9wim.net.

By accessing the k9wim website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered through the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the k9wim platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the k9wim Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, any applicable game-specific rules, and any bonus or promotion terms published on the platform at the time of a promotion.

To register and maintain an active k9wim account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. k9wim does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Age verification is carried out as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed with all funds frozen pending investigation.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of k9wim, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether through k9wim directly or through any third-party responsible gaming organisation — at the time of registration or at any point during your active use of the platform.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

k9wim reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence upon request may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the k9wim platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid Pakistani CNIC number, and a valid mobile number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet where applicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k9wim login credentials, including your username and password. k9wim will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify k9wim's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

k9wim reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

k9wim operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming license requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), front and back.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three months confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used to deposit funds into your k9wim account.

k9wim may request additional documentation at any time and at its sole discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification to k9wim's satisfaction will result in withdrawal requests being suspended until verification is complete. In cases where KYC documentation reveals information inconsistent with a player's registration details, k9wim may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the k9wim platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k9wim does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, though your payment service provider may impose their own charges which are outside k9wim's control.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your k9wim account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to appear in your account balance. Deposits made using payment methods not registered under your own name will be rejected and returned where possible.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your account KYC verification is complete and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified available balance.
• Your account is in good standing with no active investigations or security flags.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within minutes of approval by the k9wim finance team. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically settled within one business day of approval. k9wim reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that may extend processing times beyond these estimates.

Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered under the same identity as the k9wim account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

k9wim offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all k9wim promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy all stated wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• k9wim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided that such changes do not unfairly prejudice players who have already accepted a promotion in good faith.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• k9wim reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings from any player who, in its reasonable judgment, is exploiting promotions in bad faith or through coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

The k9wim sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket including PSL matches, international Pakistan fixtures, ICC tournaments, and other sports. All bets placed on the k9wim platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted at k9wim's sole discretion. k9wim reserves the right to reject any bet, limit stake sizes, or restrict a player's access to certain markets without prior notice.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, k9wim reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to technical availability and market suspension rules. k9wim shall not be liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• If a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with k9wim's published cricket betting rules.
• k9wim's decision on the settlement of all betting markets is final.

All casino games offered through the k9wim platform — including slot titles, live casino tables, Dragon and Tiger, Lucky Gods Fishing, and all other game types — are provided by third-party software suppliers who are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories.

All RNG-based games use a certified random number generator that produces outcomes that are genuinely random, statistically unpredictable, and uninfluenced by any previous result or external input. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are verified by independent audit and represent the theoretical long-term return percentage across a statistically significant number of game rounds.

k9wim is not responsible for technical malfunctions in game software provided by third-party suppliers. In the event of a game malfunction that affects bet settlement, k9wim will investigate the incident in conjunction with the relevant software supplier and settle affected bets in a manner that is fair to the player based on the available technical evidence. The decision reached following such investigation is final.

Incomplete game rounds caused by disconnection on the player's side will be completed automatically by the game server in accordance with the game's standard rules.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k9wim platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform through accounts registered under another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the k9wim platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated wagering strategies intended to manipulate game or sports market outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the k9wim platform, its software, or its servers.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking service to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction or to circumvent security controls.

All content on the k9wim platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game titles, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the intellectual property of k9wim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k9wim platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

The k9wim name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of k9wim. You may not use any k9wim trademark without prior written authorisation from k9wim.

k9wim collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

k9wim will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulated third parties where required for KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or pursuant to a lawful request from a competent authority.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by k9wim, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

k9wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising harm associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your k9wim account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout reminders.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the k9wim platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k9wim's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their k9wim account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k9wim expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or inaccessibility of the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside k9wim's reasonable control.
• Third-party payment processor delays, failures, or errors.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits k9wim's liability for death or personal injury caused by k9wim's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the k9wim platform, you should follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the k9wim support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the disputed transaction or event, and a clear description of your complaint. k9wim aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to k9wim's compliance team for formal review. A written response will be provided within 14 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If your dispute is not resolved through k9wim's internal process, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under k9wim's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on the About Us page.

The outcome of k9wim's internal dispute resolution process and any determination by the designated independent dispute resolution body shall be final and binding.

k9wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, k9wim will provide reasonable notice to registered players through one or more of the following means: a notice posted on the k9wim website, an in-platform notification, or an email to the registered address associated with a player's account.

Your continued use of the k9wim platform following notification of any change to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k9wim holds its international gaming license.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Clause 14. Nothing in this clause limits k9wim's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and k9wim with respect to your use of the k9wim platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
